Bulldogs Take U-14 Division

(July 24, 2008) In the past season, the Mamaroneck Bulldogs U-14 boys travel soccer team won Division 2 in the Westchester Youth Soccer League with a perfect 9-0 record. The Bulldogs scored more goals per game than any other team in the division, and they allowed the fewest goals of any team in the division.

Other notable achievements for the Bulldogs this year include winning the Quickstrike FC indoor tournament over the winter, and gaining second place at the LaGrange Cup this spring.

The Bulldogs have a core group of players who have been with the team since it began in U-9. In addition, over the past couple of seasons the Bulldogs have attracted a number of new players as the team seeks to build a squad that can succeed in Division 1 and beyond.

The team is led by Head Coach Michael Callisto, who also coaches the highly successful Mamaroneck Panthers girls travel soccer team.
