Mother and Child

MAG to Celebrate Mothers Day
With Art, Cards & Appreciation

On Saturday, May 10, from 10 to noon, the Mamaroneck Artists Guild is inviting children aged 5 to 11 to the gallery at 126 Larchmont Avenue to make cards for their moms and for residents at the Sarah Newman nursing home. MAG members will guide the young artist and supply piles of colored paper, ribbons, crayons and other materials.

The children will have plenty of inspiration, including the sculpture at left of "Mother and Child" by Aurelio Castaño.
